“Very polite staff, no pressure for a sale, clear quote left by initial surveyor but he was not a salesman. Courtesy call a couple of days later but again no pressure for a sale. Very polite and professional staff, 3D survey was carried out promptly once I decided to proceed. Installation was carried out around 4 weeks later by Peter who was very polite and professional, ensured I was confident in operating the stairlift and left the house clean and tidy.”
